About the Team
Client Engineering bridges global product capabilities with territory-specific client needs. We own implementation, support, acceleration and invention work that is delivered at pace while protecting long-term platform integrity. The team partners deeply with Product and Market Engineering, absorbing client-driven complexity and building scalable regional solutions. With expansion into new territories underway, we’re hiring a senior engineer to shape architecture and elevate delivery standards across the London team.
What you'll need
Strong professional experience in Python
Deep experience with Django (or similar Python frameworks)
Strong experience designing scalable REST APIs
Proven experience improving performance and reliability in production systems
Experience influencing or leading technical architecture decisions
Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability
What you'll do
Lead architectural design across implementation, acceleration and invention initiatives
Build scalable Python/Django services and APIs
Design MVP solutions that can evolve into core platform capabilities
Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
Mentor mid-level engineers and elevate engineering standards
Partner cross-functionally with Product and other engineering teams
