About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help scale our core platform and accelerate product delivery. You will build high-quality systems, influence architecture, and improve reliability and performance across our applications.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of features (design → deployment → support)
Build scalable, maintainable systems for evolving product needs
Partner with product to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions
Improve reliability and code quality through strong engineering practices
Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
5+ years building and maintaining production-grade systems
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to independently define solutions and contribute to architecture
Track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced environments
Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, clean code, maintainability)
Experience improving system performance and reliability
Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
Strong code review skills and a mindset of raising engineering standards
Willingness to participate in on-call and incident response
Experience working with sensitive data and security best practices (PII)
Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and MCP servers.
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices or distributed systems
Experience building data-intensive or large-scale platforms
Familiarity with healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or entity resolution systems
Experience reducing technical debt through iterative refactoring
Experience improving developer productivity through CI/CD and tooling
