As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of an innovative, collaborative team responsible for building and delivering new functionality across our product suite. You will play a key role in driving feature development from concept to deployment, working closely with product owners, agile coaches, and fellow engineers to ensure high-quality solutions that deliver real value to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality web and cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and customers to translate ideas and requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Drive the implementation and deployment of new features end-to-end.
• Take initiative in improving products, systems, and development processes.
• Contribute to and promote best practices across the team and broader organization.
• Solve complex technical problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery and team flow.
• Support and mentor team members, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
• Partner across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in architecture and development approaches.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, including the use of AI tools in development workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience (e.g., C#, Java).
• 7+ years of experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript frameworks/libraries).
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• 7+ years of experience working within agile development methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience with database programming fundamentals.
• 3+ years of experience with test-driven development (TDD).
• 3+ years of experience with pair programming and/or mob programming.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in day-to-day development workflows.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
