About the Client

The Client is a custom software development company committed to providing quality IT solutions that facilitate and add value to clients’ businesses. They offer a full spectrum of custom software services, including web and mobile application development.

What You’ll Do  

• Take full ownership of C# services responsible for high-scale data ingestion and real-time security analysis
• Ensure the engine operates reliably across diverse customer environments
• Navigate, maintain, and enhance a complex codebase using semi-functional programming paradigms
• Uphold high standards of code quality and mathematical correctness in security detections
• Identify and resolve support-related bugs through deep-dive analysis
• Participate in live troubleshooting sessions with end-users
• Design and implement ad-hoc improvements and tailored solutions for specific customer architectural needs
• Help ensure the product remains a gold standard in identity security

What You Bring  

• Advanced C# Mastery: Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem and modern C# development.
• Functional Programming Mindset: Familiarity with or a strong interest in functional programming concepts (immutability, pure functions, etc.) applied within C#.
• Complex System Debugging: Proven ability to navigate, understand, and debug large-scale, multi-threaded codebases.
• Customer-Facing Maturity: The professional confidence and communication skills required to lead live technical troubleshooting sessions with global customers.
• Performance Engineering: Experience in optimizing high-throughput data processing services.
• 4+ years of experience in Backend development with a focus on C#.
• Strong analytical and mathematical thinking, suited for a semi-functional code environment.
• Full English Proficiency: Essential for clear communication during live support sessions and collaboration with international teams.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or Cloud Identity providers – A significant advantage.
