About the Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI and ML into solutions that transform how individuals facing financial difficulties interact with essential public services. Your role will involve designing and developing end-to-end generative AI and LLM applications and services, including AI pipelines for RAG, prompt tuning, and engineering. You will be responsible for benchmarking and implementing various generative AI use cases, driving efficiency, automation, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered applications and services.
• Build and integrate AI pipelines, including fine-tuning large language models.
• Implement generative AI use cases to improve product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage AI for automation and efficiency.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and guide AI strategy within the organization.
• Contribute to the AI team’s strategic planning, defining vision, goals, and roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Passion for AI-driven solutions that improve user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to high-quality software development.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in generative AI, large language models (ChatGPT, Llama2), and ML foundations.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Ollama, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
