This role involves mentoring colleagues, providing technical guidance, and leading the development of internal engineering and quality tools and frameworks. You’ll work hand-in-hand with development teams to guarantee efficient, dependable, and comprehensive product testing by applying cutting-edge technologies and best practices.  What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to and advocate for our test strategy; 
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues; 
  • Prioritize and mediate risks related to code quality; 
  • Independently design and implement internal development tools; 
  • Help drive AI-first solutions; 
  • Collaborate closely with our teams and Product Owners to assess and advise on testability during the planning phases; 
  • Work with our teams to enable faster and higher quality release cycles; 
  • Present solutions and recommendations for maximum return of quality value across teams and with all levels of leadership; 
  • Take responsibility for developing your skills to stay up to date within your area of expertise. 
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in QA and software development; 
  • Ability to define requirements and develop test strategies; 
  • Hands on individual contribution with object oriented programming languages (e.g. java, C#, Python); 
  • Strong experience in SQL queries; 
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members; 
  • Expertise in managing risks related to code quality; 
  • Demonstrated passion for quality; 
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence within a team to drive successful delivery throughout the software development life cycle; 
  • Fluency (Reading, Writing, Speaking) in English. Swedish language skills considered a plus!

Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
