We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to lead brand growth through strategy-driven content — not just execution.
This is a senior, ownership-level role where you will manage multiple premium wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands end-to-end. You will be responsible for defining content direction, managing creative workflows, communicating with clients, and optimizing performance based on results.
This position is designed for autonomous operators who think strategically, take accountability for outcomes, and want to scale their income through a performance-based freelance collaboration model.
You will start managing one client account, with opportunities to grow your portfolio as performance and client satisfaction increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each brand
- Plan and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
- Create conversion-focused captions and content direction
- Oversee and approve work from designers, editors, and freelancers
- Brief creative collaborators using structured guidance and AI tools
- Manage AI platforms and UGC sourcing workflows
- Maintain publishing schedules and ensure consistent execution
- Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
- Track performance metrics and analyze content results
- Optimize strategy based on data and performance insights
- Identify winning content formats and scale successful initiatives
- Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content strategy and social media management
- Direct client management experience
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems
- Solid marketing and content strategy fundamentals
- Strong visual judgment and brand awareness
- Fluent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Meta platform tools
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Ability to take ownership and make strategic decisions without supervision
