Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SRE to contribute to the scaling and guide the architecture of the infrastructure that runs our compliance and investor relations platform. You will be a key contributor to our complex, multi-cloud environment, spanning AWS public and private clouds across Germany, France, and Switzerland. YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a Senior SRE to lead key infrastructure initiatives and have a real impact on our global systems. You will work closely with Product Engineering across continents, helping scale, secure, and modernize our infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Architecture & Modernization: Lead the design of new systems and modernize existing infrastructure. Migrate, stabilize, and improve legacy components.

• Automation & IaC: Build, manage, and evolve infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. Automate repetitive operational work wherever possible.

• Reliability & Operations: Ensure robust observability (monitoring, logging, tracing). Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

• Technical Strategy: Shape the long-term technical direction of our infrastructure and stack.

THIS IS YOU

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Experience: You have led complex infrastructure projects and own outcomes end-to-end.

• Core Tools: Expert with Terraform and other IaC tools; advanced Kubernetes administration experience.

• SRE Expertise: Strong background in automation, incident management, capacity planning, and reliability. Hands-on experience with Observability, Networking, Distributed Systems, or High Availability.

• Programming: Comfortable coding in Go or Python for tooling and integration.

• Communication: Clear, confident, and collaborative. Able to challenge ideas, defend decisions, and work with remote teams.
