Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What is this role about?

As Site Reliability Engineer, you’re tasked with making sure that our infrastructure stays a couple of steps ahead of our ambitious growth plans. You’ll solve complex infrastructure problems and make those solutions available to engineering teams so that they can deploy with peace of mind and focus on customer problems.

This role is located in our Tallinn or Tartu office. 

Your main responsibilites will be: 

• Build a reliable platform for our products, making sure that up-time, monitoring and recovery meet up to the modern standard.
• Standardized and automate infrastructure tasks so that engineers are able to self-serve and benefit from best practices
• Build a developer experience that allows to ship without friction, confidently and daily, making best practices available to teams through tooling and automation.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including databases.
• Respond to and solve production incidents.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure, Azure preferred.
• Ability to write code and script to automate tasks.
• Infrastructure as code and automated provisioning.
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals
• Strong understanding of monitoring, incident management and recovery practices.
• You are ready for on-call shifts. 
• Bonus: 
  • Experience in a regulate space, preferably in Finance
  • Specialized knowledge in networking, security, Kubernetes, databases or developer experience
