Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong hands-on expertise in both SFMC and Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building end-to-end marketing journeys, automations, personalization experiences, and data integrations that power multi-channel customer engagement.

 This role requires deep technical knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, JavaScriptInteraction Studio Web SDK, and API-based integrations.
 
Role & Responsibilities
Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio)
  • Upgrade and configure existing Web SDK for real-time personalization.
  • Track customer behavior, clicks, events, and custom user interactions using JavaScript.
  • Build personalized web-site experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Personalization platform.
  • Manage and update catalog objects, user profiles, and event data using Interaction Studio REST APIs.
  • Create audiences, segments, and personalized campaigns for web engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate personalization strategies into technical implementations.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio,Contact Builder  and Journey Builder.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for segmentation, data transformations, and reporting.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Automations in Automation Studio.
  • Create, test, and manage Journey Builder workflows with decision splits, event-triggered sends, and personalization logic.
  • Develop custom components using AMPscript and SSJS for landing pages, cloud pages, dynamic content, and triggered messages.
  • Ensure high deliverability, data accuracy, and campaign governance across SFMC.
Data & Integration
  • Support ETL processes, SFTP data loads, and integration middleware for SFMC/IS data sync.
  • Understand and manage the Interaction Studio data model as Catalog objects, User profiles,Events etc.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between CRM, web properties, and Salesforce platforms.
Experiences Requirement
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
  • Strong capability to independently run campaigns, manage data, and optimize multi-channel journeys.
  • Proven experience either in implementing or updating SFIS Web SDK, event tracking, and real-time personalization use cases.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (Marketing, Dev, CRM, Data).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across automation, journeys, personalization scripts, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data, customer lifecycle, and personalization strategy implementation techniques.
Required Skills
  • Coding Skills- JavaScript (Strong), SQL,
  • Salesforce platform scripting- AMPscript (Advanced), SSJS (Advanced)
  • HTML / CSS — building and customizing on-site experiences
