Senior Services Consultant (Supply Chain Management)

職務内容：
シニアサービスコンサルタントとして、アジャイルな導入プロジェクトチームの一員となり、顧客のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の加速とCelonisのグローバルな展開を推進していただきます。 顧客と密接に連携しながら、データ変換（Data Transformation）や分析モデルの開発を行い、ビジネスケースを導き出します。また、Process Automation（業務自動化）、Task Mining、機械学習（Machine Learning）といったCelonisの最新機能を実装し、データドリブンなプロセス改善を実現します。

Discover（発見・可視化）

• アジャイル導入プロジェクトの中核メンバーとして、顧客のニーズを満たし、課題（ペインポイント）を解決するための最適なソリューションを提供する。
• 機械学習アルゴリズムやTask Miningを組み込んだ高度な分析および実行アプリ（Execution Apps）を設計し、プロセスの透明性を高める。
• 顧客との密な連携を通じて、Celonisの技術を活用し、プロセスの非効率性を発見、その根本原因（Root Cause）を特定する。

Enhance（改善・価値創出）

• 価値創出のためのワークショップをファシリテーションし、プロセスの非効率性を改善するための施策を策定・合意する。
• ビジネスおよび財務的な改善ポテンシャルを定量化し、経営層やマネジメントに対してインサイトを提示する。
• CelonisのProcess Automation技術を実装し、顧客プロセスの効率化、価値向上、プロセス遵守率（Conformance rate）の改善を実現する。

Monitor（モニタリング・定着化）

• 顧客の成功を測定するためのKPIを実装し、継続的なプロセス改善を可能にする環境を構築する。
• 顧客自身が継続的にプロセス改善を行えるよう、スキルトランスファーやエネーブルメント（定着化支援）を実施する。
• 長期的なカスタマーサクセスの基盤を確立する。
  
  

募集要項：

【必須スキル・経験】

• コンサルティングまたはプロセス改善の経験（4〜5年以上）:
• ITコンサルティング、経営コンサルティング、または業務プロセス改善（BPR）等の領域での実務経験。
• サプライチェーン領域の知見:
• サプライチェーンプロセスの設計・改善（需要予測、在庫管理、ロジスティクス、調達、生産計画など）の経験、または関連するシステム導入プロジェクトの計画・実行経験。
• 技術スキル:
• SQLの実務経験（必須）。
• Python, R, Matlab等のプログラミング言語スキルがあれば尚可。
• ビッグデータ、データマイニング、プロセスマイニングへの強い関心。
• 語学力:
• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• 英語: ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（社内のグローバルチームとの連携に必要なため）。

【あると望ましい経験・知識】

• ERPおよび業務プロセスの知識:
• SAP等の主要ERPに関する知識。
• 財務・業務プロセス（Order to Cash, Procure to Payなど）の理解。
• P/L（損益計算書）やB/S（貸借対照表）などの財務諸表、およびファイナンシャルオペレーションに関する基礎知識。
• ビジネスアキュメン:
• 顧客のビジネスニーズを理解し、バリュードライバー（価値の源泉）を特定し、戦略的な推奨事項を提示できる能力。
• 関連分野の学位:
• サプライチェーンマネジメント、インダストリアルエンジニアリング、経営情報学、コンピュータサイエンス、経済学など。

The Team

​Celonis Services is a strategic services organisation that focuses on the technical aspects of our customers' journeys, which includes Consulting Services, Academy and Customer Support. We are thought leaders with deep product, technical and domain expertise and focus on delivering Celonis implementations and driving product adoption for our customers. We achieve this by bringing together our best practices, delivery experience, award-winning enablement, and support expertise.

The Role:

As a Senior Services Consultant, you will be  part of our agile project teams who accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and drive Celonis’ international expansion. To generate high-value use cases, you will work closely with our customers. You will perform data transformations, develop analyses and derive business cases. You will develop data-driven process insights and actions. You will implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning. 

The work you'll do:

Discover

• Be a key player in our agile Celonis implementation project teams, delivering optimal solutions that meet customer needs and solve pain points.
• Design creative analyses and execution apps with a focus on incorporating Machine Learning algorithms and Task Mining to increase process transparency.
• Leverage Celonis technology to uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes through close collaboration with customers.

Enhance

• Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Quantify the business and financial potential and present insights to management
• Implement Celonis’ Process Automation technology to streamline customer processes, increase value, and enhance process conformance rates.

Monitor

• Implement KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement.
• Ensure customer enablement to continuously improve processes
• Set the foundations of the long-term customer success journey

About You

• You live for customer value, have a passion for driving the Celonis Process Mining Technology forward and a visionary mindset.

The qualifications you need:

• More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area 
• Experience in supply chain process design and improvement (including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and production planning), or in planning and executing related system implementation projects.
• Native Japanese and strong communication in English
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• General understanding of companies business processes and related financial metrics and are willing to learn in this area. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP and related business processes (Order to cash, procure to pay…) is a strong plus.
• Enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
• You are very dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward 
• Excellent analytical skills, well organised and known for being a quick learner
• Business acumen is a strong plus, supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations
• Successfully completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field
• Basic knowledge of P&L and balance sheet, or practical experience in financial operations.
