We have an exciting new position for you to consider: our next Senior Service Operations Manager for the European region.
Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive in:
- Establish and optimize service processes across Europe, integrating IATF 16949 quality management principles.
- Lead cost-efficiency projects using PMP methodology, focusing on service network optimization and inventory control.
- Manage and enhance third-party service partner performance through training and certification programs.
- Act as the key liaison between our China HQ and European teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Drive proactive quality assurance by shifting from reactive maintenance to preventive process control.
- Analyze service-related financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, we want to make sure you feel happy in your position. Therefore, it would be ideal if you bring the following background:
- Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in after-sales service or project management within the automotive or similarly regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of IATF 16949 and its core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
- PMP certification and hands-on project management experience.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret service-related financial statements.
- English and Chinese C1; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
