In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 application support while also contributing to the development of our Oracle Retail XStore Application. The position entails collaborating with various teams to investigate and troubleshoot complex cases, ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment. Additionally, you will work closely with our global team to maintain and enhance the quality of support provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software support and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Oracle XStore, Java, and SQL, with hands-on implementation experience in Oracle XStore POS.
- Extensive knowledge of retail POS processes, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teammates and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
