We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Senior Server Consultant, with focus on Entra-ID and Conditional Access, for our Calgary branch to make a meaningful impact at our dedicated client site! Focused on security, compliance, and operational excellence, you will act as a trusted resource who ensures proper access controls across our enterprise environment. A Day in the Life:

Create, edit, and manage user accounts and security groups across multiple Active Directory domains

Manage Azure/Entra-ID environments: AAD groups, privileged accounts, guest accounts, MFA, and provisioning Azure resources and database access

Maintain Exchange Online (O365) shared mailboxes, distribution lists, delegate permissions, and apply litigation holds

Use PowerShell for automation, bulk updates, access reporting, and permission audits across on-prem and cloud environments

Provision and review access for 40+ enterprise applications (training provided for internal systems)

Ensure all access requests follow SOX-compliant approval and documentation processes

Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues, document processes, and maintain a secure, compliant environment

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of Active Directory and multi-domain interactions

Experience with Azure/Entra ID and Conditional Access

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

Knowledge of Exchange Online and enterprise application access management

Understanding the criticality of actions in a SOX-compliant environment

Create and maintain shared mailboxes, distribution lists, delegate permissions, and apply litigation holds as required in Exchange 365

Create, edit, manage AAD groups, Privileged accounts

Provision and review access for over 40 enterprise applications (e.g., Mainframe, PMAS, Maximo, SCADA, RSA); training provided for internal applications

Provision Azure resource and database access

Manage guest accounts and MFA

Ability to produce effective documentation, implementation plans, problem resolution and incident workarounds

Client-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to multiple client environments
