Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies for high-growth digital businesses. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone with deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content structure.
  • Lead content SEO strategy including topic clustering, pillar pages, and backlink planning.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Identify conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities from organic traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior SEO team members when required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (site speed, schema, crawl optimization, indexation).
  • Experience scaling organic traffic for SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B companies preferred.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and search intent optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus.
