Senior SEO Specialist (Fintech)

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior SEO specialist to take ownership of our organic growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll design and implement data-backed strategies to boost website visibility and performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, especially developers and content creators, to resolve technical issues, optimize pages, and ensure best practices across all aspects of SEO. This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies and projects to increase organic traffic and support overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance data on a monthly or quarterly basis, and proactively adjust SEO strategies to align with evolving targets.
• Apply deep SEO expertise across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. With an in-house content team in place, your primary focus will be on SEO performance and implementation.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, working closely with the Development team to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the global SEO team on cross-market strategies and, when needed, assist the SEO Lead in reviewing tasks completed by other team members.
• Nice to have: Experience in UI/UX or website development projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience in the fintech or financial industry, or with a personal background in trading are highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge and proven results in SEO, especially within the Google ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a global team.
• A self-starter with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
