ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tide SEO Team is a fast growing vital part of Tide’s marketing mix, dedicated to driving sustainable growth, acquisition and visibility through cutting-edge organic search strategies. As we continue to scale our footprint and adapt to a rapidly evolving search landscape, the team is looking for a strategic, technical, and innovative Senior SEO Manager to support us in our next phase of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will join our high-performing team to spearhead our expansion across the UK and beyond, and pioneer new initiatives that position Tide at the forefront of AI-driven search.
This job is right for you if:
- You have extensive, demonstrable 7+ years of experience in SEO strategy, with a proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving sustained growth.
- You possess a deep understanding of complex SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- You have experience defining and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals and market-specific requirements across multiple markets.
- You are an expert in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data).
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior SEO team members.
- Understanding of how AI & LLMs are changing the search landscape and initiatives of how to set up brands up for success in these spaces.
- You are highly analytical, comfortable using data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs to inform and refine your work.
- You are skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (incl. product managers, developers, and copywriters).
- Experience working on and executing digital PR & offsite SEO campaigns.
- The business language is English, so strong English written and spoken skills are required for effective collaboration with the wider business.
- Other European languages are a bonus.
Your responsibilities will be focused on strategic ownership and execution, including:
- Developing and executing the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and conversions
- Defining the Content Strategy across the UK.
- Leading the execution of high-quality content maintaining SEO effectiveness and brand consistency.
- Supporting leadership improve performance in international markets.
- Driving initiatives to set up Tide for success in the GEO/LLM space.
- Leading comprehensive technical SEO audits working with engineers to implement best practice.
- Conducting in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify content gaps.
- Monitoring and analyzing website performance providing regular reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Being the guardian of our SEO best practices, establishing standards and ways of working for the wider team and business to ensure efficiency and high quality.

- You possess an eye for detail, as well as excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- You have experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello etc).
- Prior experience in the Fintech, Tech or Finance sectors is a plus
