About the role.

We’re looking for an experience SEO lead to drive fast growth in our SEO channel across our digital ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with our agency partners, developers, and internal teams to deliver measurable, fast paced growth.

You will be responsible for:  

  • Drive significant growth in our SEO visits and revenue
  • Lead, develop and manage a team of 13
  • Designing, executing, and measuring SEO strategies that align with our ecommerce objectives
  • Conducting advanced keyword research and opportunity analysis
  • Pro-actively identifying and prioritising initiatives that drive organic traffic and improve rankings
  • Collaborating with our agency & tech team to optimise site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO elements
  • Leading improvements across core web vitals, site speed, schema markup, and device usability
  • Managing canonicalisation, hreflang, redirects, and URL structure with precision
  • Driving offsite authority through Digital PR and outreach campaigns

About you.

  • Deep understanding of SEO, Google crawling, indexing, and search intent
  • Expertise in metadata, content gap analysis, and EEAT principles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on cross-channel integration and prioritisation
  • Experience working with tools like Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Jira
  • Experience working in a fast paced digital retail environment

2nd stage -  A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our Liverpool office.
