Drive planning and execution tracking for security initiatives across Security, GRC, and IT programs, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers are clearly identified and managed
Support coordination of security initiatives related to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence systems and automation tools.
Maintain visibility across the security roadmap by tracking initiative status, risk mitigation activities, and operational priorities
Coordinate cross-functional working sessions, track action items, and help maintain accountability for milestone delivery across security initiatives
Develop and maintain reporting that provides leadership with clear visibility into program progress, operational metrics, and risk reduction efforts
Maintain operational workflows and program tracking platforms used to manage security initiatives, ensuring tasks, dependencies, and documentation remain organized and up to date
Aggregate and normalize data from program tracking systems and security platforms to produce actionable reporting and insights
Identify operational inefficiencies across security initiatives and propose improvements that streamline workflows and strengthen execution
Partner with Security Engineering, GRC, IT, and Product Security teams to improve consistency of program documentation, reporting, and initiative tracking
Support coordination of security activities related to compliance initiatives, risk remediation efforts, and security roadmap delivery
Contribute to the development of program documentation including procedures, reporting frameworks, and initiative tracking standards
5+ years of experience in security program management, compliance operations, IT program management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating cross-functional technical programs or initiatives
Strong program management fundamentals including initiative planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and execution oversight
Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple technical teams in fast-paced environments
Experience working in environments adopting artificial intelligence technologies or automation tool
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience developing dashboards or reporting that supports program visibility and leadership decision-making
Ability to extract and synthesize data from multiple operational systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with security or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar environments, and awareness of regulatory contexts such as privacy or healthcare data protections
Experience working with project or program management platforms used to track initiatives and operational workflows
Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; SQL or scripting experience is a plus
Experience working in security, technology, or regulated environments is preferred
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $140,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
