  • Partner with innovative teammates to expand existing service offerings through the integration of emerging tools and technologies
  • Automate and streamline security operations and processes while advancing DevSecOps best practices across the organization
  • Translate customer requirements into formal agreements, implementation plans, and deliverables that achieve measurable outcomes and customer acceptance
  • Develop proposals to improve operational processes, DevOps workflows, deployment checklists, and pragmatic approaches to enhancing overall security posture
  • Design, test, assess, and implement security solutions including next-generation firewalls, network-behavior anomaly detection tools, and advanced threat protection systems
  • Implement complex nested, inherited, and compensating controls to protect critical devices and high-value assets
  • Document cybersecurity controls in accordance with federal frameworks including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Apply Information Assurance (IA) concepts, practices, and procedures using established IC and Agency policies to minimize and mitigate security risks
  • Conduct penetration testing on new and existing network architectures to identify vulnerabilities and validate security controls
  • Serve as a technical mentor, teaching others and articulating the rationale behind complex security decisions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the mission
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)
  • Education: Master's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 13 years of experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity architectures
  • Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF and NIST RMF
  • Experience with security technologies such as next-generation firewalls, SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS, and anomaly detection tools
  • Proven ability to conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps methodologies and automation practices
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Visio

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) customers

  • Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent)
  • Experience with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCC High)
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Proven customer service orientation with a consultative approach
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
