Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum master

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software teams

• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles

• Proven servant leadership mindset

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams

• Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to guide teams toward high-quality and predictable delivery

• Customer-focused approach to product development

• Currently working at a product based organisation

Responsibilities

• Enable squads to deliver features in a predictable and sustainable manner

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices

• Partner with Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog

• Remove impediments and resolve team-level blockers

• Promote self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement

• Ensure clear communication between squads and stakeholders

• Act as an Agile coach and advocate across teams
