Senior Scrum Master

Experienced Scrum Master (4+ years) driving high-performing Agile teams to deliver complex, cloud-based, and Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions. Proven ability to leverage Agile frameworks to drive team excellence, deliver end-to-end results, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

This role partners with cross-functional pods building cutting-edge AI platforms and applications, collaborating closely with technical leads on cloud-native architectures, pipelines, and full product delivery lifecycles. An engineering background is highly desirable. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is a strong advantage, enabling proactive anticipation of team needs and seamless alignment of delivery with technical and business objectives.

Agile Process Facilitation:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
• Ensure team adherence to Scrum values and Agile principles

Delivery Enablement:

• Track sprint progress and velocity; proactively manage scope and timelines
• Support backlog grooming and sprint goal clarity in partnership with Product Managers and Agile Delivery Lead(Program)
• Identify and remove team blockers promptly
• Drive end-to-end project ownership, from planning to delivery

Team Coaching & Development:

• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture
• Mentor team members on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities

Metrics & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate sprint artifacts (burndowns, velocity charts, dashboards)
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on team progress and blockers

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate dependencies across teams
• Support Scrum of Scrum activities where applicable

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead retrospectives with actionable follow-ups
• Drive Agile maturity assessments and tailor team growth plans

Tool Proficiency:

• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile project management and tracking
• Experience with other Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
• Leverage automation wherever possible to streamline reporting and workflows

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI
• Possession of a CSM or PSM certification is highly desirable.
• Strong engineering or technical background, particularly in cloud-native environments
• Experience leading projects with full ownership from conception to delivery
