As a member of our CMC team, you will support and shape the development of innovative biopharmaceuticals, taking responsibility for the oversight of external analytical development activities at CDMOs and CROs for antibodies, small molecules, and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). You will work in a highly interdisciplinary environment with opportunities to continuously expand your technical expertise and adopt new analytical approaches.
Your mission
- Oversee outsourced analytical activities to ensure alignment with agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Act as a scientific point of contact for external analytical laboratories, facilitating technical discussions.
- Development, optimization, and maintenance of analytical methods for e.g. antibodies, small molecules and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) across different development stages.
- Support the transfer of analytical methods to internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide regular progress updates during the CMC team meetings
- Preparation, review, and organization of analytical documentation, including protocols, reports, and method descriptions.
- Conduct literature research and lead continuous improvement projects.
