We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Senior Scaled Partner Manager to support our mission.
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
The Scaled Creator Team within the broader GTM org supports small and medium-sized creators on Patreon in their growth on Patreon. We work across Product, Marketing, Community, and Creator Partnerships to help creators adopt key Patreon tools and grow their memberships using a combination of 1:1 and 1:Many tactics.
About the Role
As a Senior Scaled Partner Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Patreon's top mid-market creators through a highly strategic, relationship-driven approach focused on long-term retention, trust, and sustainable success on the platform.
You will directly manage a focused portfolio of creators in a high-touch 1:1 capacity, serving as a senior point of contact for complex relationships, nuanced business challenges, and retention-risk scenarios. In parallel, you will partner closely with a Program Operations Manager who owns scaled retention programming, helping shape the strategy and direction of how Patreon supports this segment at scale.
This is a senior account management role that blends deep relationship ownership with scaled retention strategy. You’ll provide tailored recommendations, guide creators through critical moments in their business, and ensure they remain engaged, successful, and confident in Patreon as a long-term home.
This is an exciting opportunity to help define how Patreon retains its most impactful mid-market creators — influencing best practices, informing program design, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure creators thrive on our platform over time.
About You
You have experience managing high-touch creator or customer relationships and thrive in roles where trust, nuance, and long-term impact matter.
You’ve worked in environments that blend 1:1 relationship management with 1:many or scaled approaches, and you’re comfortable influencing programs even when you don’t directly own execution.
You have a strong track record of supporting retention, account health, or long-term growth through strategic guidance, proactive outreach, and thoughtful intervention.
You’re data-informed and proactive — able to identify early signals of risk or opportunity and take action.
You’re a strong communicator who can navigate complex, emotional, or high-stakes conversations with empathy and clarity.
You’re excited to support creators as they build durable, sustainable businesses and value long-term partnerships over short-term wins.

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
