We are seeking a hands-on Senior SAP Security Administrator with strong operational experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. This role is responsible for day-to-day SAP Security administration, role maintenance, SoD support, and user access management across multi-system landscapes.

The ideal candidate has solid experience supporting S/4HANA conversions, Fiori security, and GRC/Soterion tools in active project and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and maintain SAP roles using PFCG

  • Perform SU24 proposal maintenance and SU25 activities during upgrades

  • Administer Fiori security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces, Pages, OData services)

  • Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and emergency access

  • Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) monitoring and remediation

  • Configure and support GRC tools (SAP GRC Access Control, Soterion)

  • Perform access risk analysis and assist in mitigation documentation

  • Support security activities during SUM upgrades and S/4HANA conversions

  • Troubleshoot authorization issues (SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE)

  • Transport security objects across landscapes

  • Collaborate with functional, Basis, and audit teams

  • Support SOX controls and audit requests

 

 

Required Experience

  • 8–10+ years of SAP Security hands-on experience

  • Experience supporting at least 1–2 S/4HANA implementations or conversions

    • Role design and authorization troubleshooting

    • Fiori security administration

    • SoD analysis and remediation

    • GRC Access Control or Soterion

      Strong expertise in:

       

  • Experience working in structured environments with change management processes

  • Experience supporting production and hypercare phases

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in RISE with SAP / ECS environments

  • Familiarity with SAP BTP security concepts

  • Experience in regulated / SOX-controlled environments

  • SAP Security or GRC certifications
