Senior (SAP) Product Manager (m/f/d)

Our ERP Product Management Team is the functional engine behind our business operations. They are responsible for the overall health and continuous improvement of our SAP landscape, making sure our core transactional workflows like Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Purchase to Pay are seamless and highly automated. Beyond the standard modules, we own the integrity of our Master Data Management and lead our reporting and analysis efforts to turn raw system data into clear, strategic insights for the business.

As Senior (SAP) Product Manager (m/f/d), you are a functional expert who bridges the gap between complex business processes and technical execution. You do not just manage a roadmap; you own the domain. Your primary focus is ensuring functional excellence and high-quality execution across the SAP ecosystem, specifically within the Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of financial processes within SAP S/4HANA across O2C, P2P, R2R, or FI-CA/FI-CO, ensuring seamless integration of B2C and B2B transaction flows and accurate revenue, billing, accounts payable, and general ledger processing
• Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of financial workflows, including high-volume transaction handling and management accounting processes such as cost controlling and profitability analysis
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, and work closely with developers to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate functional and technical validation, and ensure high-quality, compliant releases
• Act as the subject-matter expert for your domain, providing guidance on SAP best practices, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting stakeholders with expert insights
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to balance operational efficiency with business needs, ensuring sustainable and standardized solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years in SAP Product Management or Senior Functional Consulting
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance and integration points
• Familiarity with high-volume B2C/B2B transactions (vital for FI-CA)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge requirements constructively and safeguard system integrity
• Ability to explain complex SAP logic to developers while keeping business stakeholders informed on progress
• Comfortable working in an agile environment using Jira or similar tools for backlog management
• "Get-it-done" mindset with a proven track record of managing technical sprints
