Overiew:
Senior SAP FS-CM Consultant specialised in claims management, responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end claims processes while ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer experience. The role is key in digital transformation initiatives in insurance.
What are we looking for?
- Lead functional design and implementation of SAP FS-CM;
- Define and configure claims registration, lifecycle management, assessment, approval, settlement, payments and recoveries;
- Ensure integration with FS-PM, FS-CD and SAP FI/S/4HANA;
- Produce functional documentation; support technical teams, functional testing and business UAT;
- Act as senior consultant and functional reference;
- Contribute to process optimisation and automation;
- 5+ years in SAP Insurance
- Strong hands-on FS-CM experience
- Deep knowledge of claims processes
- Experience in regulated environments
- Proven SAP end-to-end implementations;
- Nice to have: FS-PM, FS-CD, FS-ICM; digital channels; SAP BTP/workflow services.
