Senior Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, and advanced Salesforce development patterns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and maintainability. Experience with Order Management is a strong bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable solutions within Sales Cloud using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, async patterns (Queueable, Future, Batch Apex), and integrations.
• • Build responsive, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) that support dynamic UI/UX requirements.
• • Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries optimized for performance and governor limits.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce application stack.
• • Implement and optimize database triggers, custom logic, and event-driven patterns.
• • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Product, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• • Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, and environment management.
• • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution architecture sessions.
• • (Nice to Have) Support and enhance Salesforce Order Management (OM) implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency with: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Async Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL, Integration Patterns and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud data model, automation, workflows, and security.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, well documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OM).
• Familiarity with ETL tools, middleware, or event-driven architectures.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
