Senior Salesforce Developer

Join Similarweb’s internal engineering team in Prague and take a lead role in designing and developing advanced Salesforce solutions that support thousands of users across Finance, Sales, HR, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who combines strong engineering craft with a problem-solving mindset — someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code, architecting integrations, and improving how things work at scale.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and improve custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, JavaScript)

• Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes with a focus on performance and reliability

• Architect and maintain cross-system integrations and API-based workflows

• Partner with business and engineering teams to translate real needs into elegant, scalable solutions

• Refactor, optimize, and evolve our Salesforce architecture to meet future demands

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues — owning your solutions end to end

• Contribute to technical design reviews, best practices, and documentation

What you bring

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs

• Solid understanding of platform architecture, limits, and scalable patterns

• Experience with integration design (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, data sync)

• A clean-coding mindset: reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, SFDX) is a big plus

• Fluent in English (Czech is a plus, not required)
