Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce. Work remotely from anywhere in Latam!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs.
• Implement and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
• Perform both administration/configuration and custom implementations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Pardot
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
• Experience with integration and data orchestration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise architecture and IT security.
• Familiarity with development methodologies and tools.
