(Senior) Salesforce Developer (m/f/d)

To strengthen our IT team in the area of Salesforce development, we’re looking for a 

(Senior) Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) 

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote in Germany / Full-time / Permanent contract) 

Your tasks 

• Lead, own, and support the development and maintenance of custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, and REST APIs in accordance with our Salesforce Architect  

• Translate business requirements and implement them into robust technical solutions with clean, testable code and solid documentation 

• Design scalable, high-performance interfaces to external systems and integrate them (e.g. CTI & third-party tools) into our Salesforce landscape  

• Contribute to our GitHub-based CI/CD pipeline for stable and scalable deployments 

• Collaborate closely with Admins, System Owners and fellow developers – from concept to go-live 

• Potentially mentor junior developers and lead code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions 

Requirements

Your profile  

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science or comparable professional qualification 

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience (APEX, SOQL, LWC) 

• Solid knowledge of system integration using REST APIs 

• Familiarity with Git, additionally VS-Code or similar modern development workflows and environments  

• Ideally, experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) 

• Solution-oriented, collaborative and communicative hands-on personality with strong organisational skills, paired with a structured approach to work 

• Fluent in English
