As an Senior Salesforce Developer reporting into the Salesforce Architecture Manager in our Data & Strategic Analytics team, you role will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and new feature development of the Salesforce platform, providing technical leadership and designing Salesforce solutions. You will need to have analytical, functional, and technical skills, along with best practice knowledge for using Salesforce technologies and clouds to provide positive business outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision while ensuring the platform's scalability, security, and performance.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the technical implementations of new features, existing processes and bug fixing in Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions for upcoming projects, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organisation.
  • Support cross-functional teams in integrating their tools with Salesforce, fostering seamless collaboration and data flow.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, sharings to ensure proper access controls.
  • Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, prioritising effectively and communicating transparently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provides necessary architectural oversight and guidance to Salesforce development.
  • Training and sharing knowledge with the rest of the team.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce objects, automation tools and experience in managing user profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Strong Knowledge of OOTB functionality of Sales and Service clouds.
  • Excellent knowledge of Apex, JS, LWC, VisualForce etc.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural concepts.
  • Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with international and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and tools to streamline development and deployment workflows.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales cloud consultant or Salesforce Service cloud consultant certificates are mandatory; Salesforce Data cloud consultant, Salesforce Marketing cloud consultant, Salesforce Data architect, Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect (nice to have).

At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
