Senior Salesforce Administrator

Recurly is looking for a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Medellín.  At a $50M+ revenue business, our CRM is more than just a database; it is the operating system for our growth. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who will ensure our complex integrations are bulletproof, our automated workflows are scalable, and our "Lead-to-Cash" lifecycle is optimized for high-velocity SaaS operations. 

Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture: Design and implement complex configurations including Flow, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Advanced Formulas.
• GTM Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes &  optimize the lead-to-cash lifecycle.  
• Process Automation: Move beyond simple updates. You’ll audit existing workflows and build robust, automated processes that reduce friction for our reps.
• Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently.
• Integrations Management: Manage tools connected to Salesforce (e.g., Gong).Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
• System Reliability: Conduct regular "Health Checks" to proactively identify and resolve technical debt, failing syncs, or automation bottlenecks.
• The "Why" Expert: When a stakeholder asks for a new field or tool, your first question is: "How does this affect our reporting and downstream systems?"

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally for a mid-market to enterprise-level company ($50M+)

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Solid understanding of data relationships, objects, and data models.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Based in or near Medellín, Colombia, with the ability to work in a synchronized fashion with our North American teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with supporting sales and customer teams 
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, CPQ Admin)
  Experience with CPQ or complex billing integrations is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and administration of Salesforce CPQ as well as key Salesforce  integrations (Gainsight, Outreach IO, LeanData, Gong IO, Marketo, Zendesk, etc) 
• Experience with LLMs and automation tools (Claude,Gemini, n8n)
