Are you a high-performing digital media seller ready to take ownership of one of X’s most strategic markets? Do you combine strong agency relationships with a proven track record in performance-driven sales?
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Client Partner) to lead the Korea market, a large and critical growth area for X. This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for driving revenue through both direct advertisers and agency partnerships, including support on agency trading agreements.
What you’ll do:
Own and grow X’s SMB (Small & Medium Business) revenue in Korea, our key local market.
Build and expand relationships with SMB clients and media agencies
Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
Lead commercial conversations including agency trading agreements and negotiations
Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Represent X at key industry events and within the Korean advertising ecosystem
What you need for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
5-8 years of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience
Strong experience managing both direct clients and media agencies
Proven involvement in or exposure to agency trading agreements
Deep understanding of the Korean digital advertising ecosystem
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing
Fluency in Korean and English
