What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Mentor and motivate your sales team, clearing the way for others to help them progress and exceed their goals.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by collaborating seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive scalability by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing complex funnel metrics, and implementing new processes and technologies across the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a proud, passionate guardian of our sales forecasting and performance analysis for executive review.
  • Act like an owner by staying ahead of industry trends and taking responsibility for the team’s actions and results.

Requirements

To ensure you succeed in this role, you’ll need...

  • You’ll need provable, deep expertise and experience in sales, with a specific focus on a managerial role within the SaaS industry.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in developing and scaling sales strategies specifically for phone-based/remote sales channels.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in implementing new sales processes or technologies to improve efficiency and drive scalability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a high-trust, high-performance environment.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in preparing detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for executive review.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, as Booksy operates as an English-first company for internal comms like All Hands and Strategy updates.
