We are looking for a high-potential Senior Sales Manager (Client Partner) to join our team in Cyprus, our key hub for export advertisers. In this role, you will partner with leading fintech and app advertisers across Cyprus and the CIS region, helping them achieve measurable growth through X’s advertising solutions.
What you'll do:
Drive revenue growth by selling X's advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers
Build, manage, and expand relationships with fintech and app clients across Cyprus and CIS
Prospect, source, and close new business opportunities in priority markets
Act as a trusted consultant to advertisers and agencies on campaign strategy, media planning, and performance optimization
Understand client KPIs and recommend tailored solutions from our product portfolio
Consistently deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Partner closely with Client Solutions Managers to ensure seamless campaign execution
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and product developments
Represent the company at key industry events to generate new business opportunities
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, or account management in advertising sphere
Proven experience working with fintech, apps, or performance advertisers
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and media agency dynamics
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing
Excellent commercial acumen and client-facing skills
Fluency in Russian and English (both required)
