We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager for Pinterest, a leader who thinks strategically, moves decisively, and can elevate our presence in Korea’s digital advertising landscape. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Client Partners, driving them toward strong quarterly revenue performance across Korea export markets.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key advertisers and agencies, nurturing trusted partnerships with decision-makers.
  • Create and roll out scalable sales strategies and initiatives that boost advertiser acquisition, retention, and long-term value.
  • Implement and refine operational processes that improve team efficiency and support revenue growth.
  • Own sales forecasting, performance planning, and data analysis to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
  • Deliver clear, timely communication and strategic updates across global teams and time zones.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners—product, marketing, and operations, to maintain alignment and accelerate opportunities.
  • Represent Pinterest at industry events, strengthening visibility and positioning Entravision as a key market leader.
  • Cultivate talent by fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the collaboration with Pinterest’s vendor partner to ensure high-quality operational delivery.
  • What You Need for This Role
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or commercial leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience scaling operations, improving processes, and managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-moving environment.
  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English.
  • Proficiency in key sales systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors (advantageous).
  • Experience working with agencies or resellers (advantageous).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
