Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key agency and direct client relationships. Experience with WPP and Omnicom is preferred.
  • Drive new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Represent Channel Factory with senior stakeholders and at industry events.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales.
  • Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube, and the media buying ecosystem.
  • Confident communicator in both English & Italian, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
