THE ROLE: Senior Sales Manager:
EMJ is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Sales Manager to help expand our proudly B-Corp business in the Natural Channel and West Coast grocery markets. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our Natural Channel, as well as Albertsons, Winco, and other West Coast grocery, with support from Brokers. The goal is to strengthen EMJ’s relationships, gain acceptance for new innovations, develop off-shelf support, and ensure continuous growth. A proactive attitude and the ability to consistently perform in a values-driven company with frequently changing priorities are essential. The role requires making decisions and working independently, with guidance from the Sr. Director, while maintaining an efficiency and growth-oriented mindset.
The Sr. Sales Manager reports directly to the Sr. Sales Director with additional support from Sales Planning, Shopper Marketing, broader Grocery team, and Broker Partners. Opportunities for new experiences to demonstrate leadership and growth are limitless.
