Motive’s Enablement Team plays a critical role in the strategic implementation of key business initiatives and driving meaningful business impact across our Revenue organizations (Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success). We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Onboarding Specialist (Sales & GTM Enablement) to join our dynamic team at Motive. The selected candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the onboarding process for all revenue new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our organizational culture and keeping the rep experience at the center of their efforts. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. Additionally, the candidate must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent emotional intelligence and facilitation skills.
