We are looking for a motivated sales engineer who knows how to work in a start-up and is excited to lead technical discussions with prospects, demonstrate our Client’s product and perform POCs. Also, we expect this person to develop playbooks to drive scalability through repeatable implementations and provide feedback to the product team.
3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication as well as Multi-Cloud Environments.
Administrative experience with Active Directory and LDAP, configuring domains and trusts, pushing GPO’s. Understanding of RADIUS authentication.
Hands-on technical performance, product demonstrations, and managing customer meetings.
Ability to configure VPNs and diagnose complex networking issues.
Administrative experience with Active Directory and LDAP, configuring domains and trusts, pushing GPO’s. Understanding of RADIUS authentication.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Confidence in administering Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Exchange/OWA, ADFS, and server OSes.
Understanding of IT and security technologies such as multi-factor authentication, identity and access management, PKI, Windows and Unix system administration, and virtualization technologies.
Key responsibilities:
Translate business objectives and requirements into specific recommended configurations.
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Identify potential deployment blockers and troubleshoot them.
Follow the current cyber landscapes and trends.
Conduct virtual and occasional onsite project meetings, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Perform POCs, including understanding the customer’s environment, planning, executing, and troubleshooting. Demonstrate value to prospects according to their business objectives and technical requirements.
Present product demos, engage in technical discussions with prospects and share knowledge with your team. Work closely with sales managers to win accounts.
