Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative to own the full sales cycle of high-value Data & AI education solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding the company’s enterprise customer base by identifying and closing large-scale partnerships. This position requires a strategic hunter who thrives on building their own pipeline, driving outbound initiatives, and closing complex B2B deals. This is a remote role open exclusively to candidates based in South Africa (Cape Town preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify high-value B2B clients across the UK. Engage with C-level stakeholders, Heads of L&D, and Data leaders.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitch, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and position tailored Data & AI solutions to unlock business value.
  • Outbound Execution: Leverage Hubspot, CloudTalk, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and custom sales scripts to generate new leads.
  • CRM & Sales Process Management: Apply frameworks like BANT and MEDPPIC to track and forecast deals in Hubspot CRM.
  • Collaboration: Partner with founders and subject matter experts to co-create proposals and presentations.
  • Market Feedback: Report insights from conversations to influence product development and customer success strategy.
  • Contract Negotiation: Handle commercial discussions and liaise with client procurement/legal teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a credible voice in Data & AI transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record in full-cycle enterprise selling.
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads and independently build a revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders including C-level, L&D leaders, and Data/Tech executives.
  • Proficiency in manual prospecting, cold outreach, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and outbound tools (e.g., Amplemarket, CloudTalk).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDPPIC, or similar frameworks.
  • Passion for Data, AI, and workforce upskilling.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa, with access to reliable internet and availability for in-person collaboration at the local office when needed.
