Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who is eager to take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and closing deals.
As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our cutting-edge services in Technology, SaaS, and AI solutions to B2B clients across the United States. You'll be joining a forward-thinking, collaborative team in a high-impact role that offers autonomy, growth, and uncapped potential.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and engage with prospective B2B clients across the U.S. market.
Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach to deal closure.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product/service demos, and negotiation meetings.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points to tailor solutions effectively.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Delivery to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and new business initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Technology, SaaS, or AI-related industries.
End to end B2B sales experience, with strong closing skills
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently—from prospecting to closing.
Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and client engagement best practices.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote setting.
Skilled in using CRM software, sales prospecting tools, and video conferencing platforms.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
Experience selling to decision-makers (e.g., C-level execs, VPs, Directors) in mid-market to enterprise organizations is a plus.
