What The Role Involves: Sprinto is building the next phase of its outbound sales engine. This is not a traditional SDR role. We’re looking for high-agency operators who combine: exceptional communication skills, strong cold-calling ability, Mid Market instinct, and modern AI-enabled outbound workflows. Each SDR will partner closely with AEs in-region, supporting a high-value outbound motion with: ~$400K–$600K AE quotas Average deal sizes of $50K What You’ll Bring To The Team:

First and foremost, you should be an excellent communicator.

This role requires SDRs who are:

Highly confident on cold calls.
Sharp and concise in written communication.
Naturally curious in conversation.
Comfortable building trust quickly with prospects.

Tools we expect familiarity with:

Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , HubSpot , Outbound sequencing and enrichment tools - Clay Zapier ChatGPT and AI copilots.
