現在、ITコンサルティングサービスの拡大を支援するシニアセールスアソシエイトを募集しています。優れた営業スキルとIT業界の知識を活かし、新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係強化を担当していただきます。

具体的な業務内容

• ビジネス決定において、自立して顧客の獲得やリソースの配置に関する判断を行う能力を示すこと。
• K2の全Consultingサービスポートフォリオにわたるビジネス拡大と独立した営業活動の能力。
• 市場動向および既存事業の成長に影響を与える可能性のある一般的なビジネス状況に対する認識を示すこと。
• 社内チームと協力し、魅力的な提案書を作成し、効果的なプレゼンテーションを実施
• 検索戦略を策定・実行し、自身のネットワークを活用して市場でトップクラスのプロフェッショナルを育成する。
• クライアントとの間で契約内容の交渉

応募資格

• IT業界またはITコンサルティングサービスにおける5年以上の営業経験

• クライアントのニーズを的確に把握し、適切なソリューションを提供できる能力

• 優れた交渉力、コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーションスキル

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive the growth of our IT consulting services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients
• Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2’s entire consulting service portfolio 
• Management of the sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic growth.
• Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and deliver effective presentations.
• Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.
• Negotiate contract details with clients

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years of sales experience in IT consulting or the technology sector

• Strong ability to identify client needs and deliver appropriate solution

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Proven performance in meeting sales targets and managing relationships with B2B accounts

• At least business level fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
