We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who will join our team and help us create innovative web and mobile applications.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
• Knows their way around both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Heroku)
• Checks their code with unit and integration tests (e.g. RSpec)
• Equipped with real-world GIT experience
• Comfortable with the UNIX/Linux command line
• Working knowledge of creating and maintaining infrastructure using terraform
• Create and maintain CI and deployment pipelines using Github Actions
• Has experience with Docker
• Communicates effectively in both spoken and written English

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that not only meet client needs but also exceed expectations
• Make a significant impact on backend development projects, ensuring that your high-quality, timely solutions align with client goals
• Collaborate closely with a talented team of developers, QA engineers, designers, and project managers to create innovative solutions
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers, helping them grow and succeed
• Proactively contribute to improving our development processes, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and quality
• Participate in our code review process to uphold the highest standards of code quality
