We are hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who will play a key role in developing and extending our crowdsourcing platform. You will be responsible for optimizing backend components, implementing best practices, and collaborating closely with a distributed team. You should have strong experience in Ruby on Rails development, test-driven development (TDD), and working with messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
