This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
This position will be based in our office in Bengaluru and provides support services to maintain RPA Processes. In this role you will be responsible for responding to all levels of requests to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will respond promptly to escalations for technical support via phone, email and in person to provide timely resolution, document case status, and provide updates to management and end-users. You will also be responsible for carrying out any Modifications/ Enhancements in RPA Processes based on Business needs.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, and Power Automate

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

Create solution design documents (SDD) and technical documentation

Develop reusable components and frameworks following RPA best practices

Maintain and support RPA Processes

Monitor and maintain production system environments to ensure agreed upon targets for availability and performance are maintained

Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards

Handle exception management, logging, and performance optimization

Coordinate with business, IT, and infrastructure teams for deployments

Support UAT, production Deployments, and post-deployment maintenance
Who you are and what you bring:

Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath & Power Automate)Proficiency in VB.NET / C#

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Power Platform)

Experience with Orchestrator / Control Room (scheduling, queues, assets)

Strong knowledge of REFramework

Experience with Web automation, Excel, Outlook, PDF automation, API integration (REST), Database interaction (SQL, MySQL) is Desired

Understanding of credential vaults and security best practices

Exposure to OCR, Document Understanding, or AI/ML integration is desired

High level of initiative and works well in a cross-functional team environment

Ability to drive the business changes and change management

Understanding of integration with applications like JIRA, Active Directory is desired
