TLDR

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll own day-to-day revenue systems operations, ensuring smooth lead transitions and generating insights to enhance revenue processes.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at Vention…

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own day-to-day operation, data quality, and reliability of our revenue systems. You are responsible for ensuring that leads and opportunities move seamlessly across our Sales & marketing funnel,  and generate insights to improve Revenue operations. You will partner closely with Sales Managers, AEs, BDRs, and Growth to analyze funnel performance, identify inefficiencies, and help shape high-impact GTM initiatives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone with solid Salesforce experience who wants to work closer to the business, not just build technical solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage lead-to-opportunity routing, funnel stage definitions, and the automation (Salesloft/Salesforce) that drives seller workflows.

  • Own and govern sales routing business rules (territory logic, round-robin structures, SLAs), ensuring alignment with GTM strategy

  • Analyze end-to-end funnel performance (From lead to opportunity to bookings) to identify bottlenecks, conversion gaps, and revenue impact

  • Data Governance & Hygiene: Act as the gatekeeper for our CRM data model. You’ll manage object/field health, deduplication, and the "source of truth" logic.

  • Revenue Logistics: Execute critical "offline-to-online" operations, including quota uploads, commission report syncing, and lead list imports from industrial events.

  • Sales support: Build the reporting and dashboarding that sales managers rely on to run their weekly 1:1s and forecast meetings.

  • Establish and maintain a rigorous documentation standard to ensure long-term system scalability and seamless team collaboration.

Short-term goals (first 90 days):

  • Learn Vention Revenue systems incl. Lead routing, lead lifecycle and status, opportunity management, how Salesforce and Salesloft interact

  • Master the key maintenance tasks of our systems: take over day-to-day seller support, upload lead batches, create commission reports

  • Identify 2-3 inefficiencies in our Sales funnel and potential initiatives to solve them

  • Create a robust nurturing infrastructure for existing leads, incl. cadences, reporting, SLAs

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4–6 years work experience, including 2-3 in Salesforce Admin, ideally within a high-growth B2B environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (Certifications preferred) and experience with Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, or Outreach)

  • Strong data analytics and ability to work with large datasets

  • Ability to translate data into structured insights and business recommendations

  • Experience with data visualization programs (PowerBI preferred) and CRM analytics is a must

  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, take ownership and be proactive in helping others work effectively

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical and quantitative field (Commerce, Economics, Engineering, etc.) preferred

  • An asset: Exposure to key Revenue Operations areas: lead routing, lead lifecycle management, sales commission
