Sales Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, supporting the expansion of our mortgage vertical. Collaborating closely with Revenue and Product leadership, this role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze large data sets, extract meaningful insights, and make actionable recommendations to fuel growth in our Sales organization. The right candidate will not only be data-driven but also possess a deep understanding of business contexts to strategically influence channel and growth strategies.

You will play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory by identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and ensuring their successful execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our high-value account teams in meeting their revenue goal

 

What you'll do:

  • Strategy and Planning: Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes including target, quota setting and territory planning 
  • Process Optimization: Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning. Ensure scalable processes and systems are in place to support a growing mortgage sales team, including infrastructure and automation enhancements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Sales Forecasting: Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Provide insights to optimize mortgage vertical performance by analyzing customer behavior, spending patterns, and identifying churn triggers. 

 

What you bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy. Experience working directly with sales leadership 
  • Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools 
  • Bonus: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a mortgage or financial services context.

Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, Nashville, TN, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
